We all have knowledge about fabrication of news about the services of our government but they were all just tangible ideas that are being subconsciously piled to the bottom pit of our memories overtime but today we have a rather funny, solid proof, evidence that may spread like wildfire in a few moments. I don’t know whether to laugh because the humor is so downright low, or get mad because of the deceit, and for them thinking they could fool the people again. Oh, DPWH. Of all things you chose a Photoshop, smart-ass. Not. They think Filipinos won’t even notice. Tsk, tsk tsk, smart ass act.
